India's Supreme Court ruling both clarifies and complicates

As part of its Searchlight 2025 report on the global nature of child sexual exploitation and abuse, Childlight published several studies, including an analysis of legal and regulatory frameworks related to artificial intelligence-generated CSAM in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This study looked at legislation and cases in each jurisdiction, noting findings and recommendations for how legal and regulatory frameworks could be strengthened.
